It's on Google Code - you'll need a Subversion client (like Tortoise SVN) to get at the code.
The direct SVN link is gamecode4.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/.
I suggest putting the trunk into a directory like GameCode4\Dev. Then, if we publish other test branches they can live in parallel to the GameCode4\Dev, such as GameCode4\XCode or something like that. (Don't get too excited, though - only one of you out there will be nuts enough to port this engine to iOS.)
If you have any problems with it at all - please post in this forum.
Also - there are a number of not-so trivial tasks remaining to really polish up the source code - some editor work needs finishing, Release and x64 targets need to be worked on, and other things. But, the Win32 Debug build seems to work pretty good. Known issues will be tracked on Google Code too - but post them here first as you find them.
Thanks again for being patient - I hope the code will be worth the wait. Rez and I worked our tales off, all in the middle of GDC, to get this ready for you.
